Mark established Markman OTW, having spent his career successfully driving the commercial operations of leading businesses, global brand owners, and not-for-profit organisations. His knowledge, skills, and insight have been honed from working with large corporates, small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s), and central government.

He is an advocate of customer-centric business approaches, and putting ‘the customer’ at the centre of corporate strategy development, decision making, and business delivery. Recognising that ‘customer-centricity’ is the key to business survival and success, Mark has captured, refined, and applies cutting edge expertise that equips business to excel and thrive.

Mark actively encourages knowledge sharing, and exchange of ‘best practice’ amongst business professionals. He supports colleagues in the marketing world, speaks at industry events, provides commentary on business issues to the media, and participates in judging industry awards. He maintains a healthy fitness regime so he can indulge in his passion for cooking and entertaining. He is a self-confessed ‘petrolhead’, appreciates a wide range of music, and enjoys participating in live sporting events, and concert performances.
